We run social media end to end — strategy, monthly content plans, the photography and video, the design, the captions in Arabic and English, and the community management. One team, one look, every post.
What you get
Most brands lose consistency because the pieces sit in different hands — one person shoots, another designs, someone else writes, and the feed stops looking like one brand. We keep all of it under a single team, which is the whole reason the work holds together.
We work bilingually because the audience does. Campaigns are planned around the local calendar — Ramadan, Eid, National and Liberation Day, back to school, summer — rather than dropped in from a template built for somewhere else.
How it works
We start with the business, not the feed — what you sell, who buys it, what's actually working. That becomes the content direction and the tone.
Before a camera comes out you see a moodboard — the style, the idea, the location — plus the month's themes and campaign moments. Nothing is shot until you have signed off.
Photographers and videographers capture the content. How often we shoot depends on the brand — some need one session a month, others need several. We plan it around what the business actually requires, not a fixed quota.
Art direction, editing, bilingual captions and scheduling. You review before anything goes live.
Designers retouch, editors cut, and the full plan comes to you for comments before anything is published. Each month we report on what actually moved — reach, engagement and the numbers that tie back to the business.

Questions
Strategy, a monthly content plan, all photography and videography, design and art direction, copywriting in Arabic and English, scheduling, community management and monthly reporting.
Yes — photography and videography are produced in house by our own team. That's the reason a feed we run looks like one brand instead of a patchwork of stock and phone photos.
Yes, we work bilingually across both, which matters for reaching audiences in Kuwait and the wider GCC.
No — and that's deliberate. A comment or a DM is a direct call from a customer, and it should be answered by your own team. People can tell when a stranger is replying on a brand's behalf; they want someone who genuinely knows the business and can actually help them. We produce the content and the reach; your team keeps the conversation real.
No minimum term. If you want to stop working together we ask for 45 days' notice, which gives both sides time to close things out properly.
